Hi, I’m Maggie — founder of Bloom and Breathe Healing, sober living coach, and guide for women walking their midlife awakening.
For over 20 years, I lived inside a storm I couldn’t name. I wore the smile, played the part, kept it together. But behind the scenes, I struggled with alcoholism, trauma, and the quiet ache of feeling lost in my own life. Eventually, I lost everything — and strangely, that’s when I began to find myself.
My healing didn’t come with fireworks or a perfect plan. It came with a single breath. A sacred pause. A whisper of grace. And a radical decision to come home to myself.
Bloom and Breathe Healing was born from that decision — not just to get sober, but to heal. To unlearn the patterns that kept me disconnected from my body, my worth, my spirit. To reparent the parts of me that had been neglected. To breathe again.
The tools I now teach — somatic grounding, nervous system regulation, ritual, presence — aren’t theory. They’re the exact practices that helped me rebuild my life from the inside out. Not as a new person, but as my true self.
